Return & Exchange Policy

Exchange:

Our teams work hard to deliver you a product of elevated design and quality in a timely manner. NO RETURNS NO EXCHANGE  in case of size issue and minor colour variations due to camera and light,and customer didn't like the product after receiving becuase we mention all details of product in description.  However, in case you receive a product from us that is damaged or defective, or if the product delivered is different from what you had ordered, you may request a return.

For which we need a full parcel opening video as a proof that the product is damaged. (This is because our quality team check all products before dispatching)

For all returns, the product must be unused, unwashed and in sellable condition. It must be in its original packaging with all its original tags and labels intact. All returns must be requested within 2 days of the product’s actual date of delivery.

Note: If the customer informed us after 48hrs of delivery for the return or exchange, we will not be able to arrange the pickup as no courier service accept pickup request post 48hrs.

Once reverse request has been placed with Customer Service, it usually takes 1-2 working days to get the product picked from your place. Once the item is received in our warehouse, it undergoes a quality check which takes a day.

Note: You must choose any other product in return of the dress you have received. No Refund request will accepted, we will provide you with a coupon code instead (depending on the order amount)

For Prepaid Orders the total amount of the dress will be generated as a coupon code.

For COD Orders the total amount of the dress will be generated as a coupon code (excluding Rs150 Courier charges)

If the order is lost or un-delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount including any shipping charges, if paid online.

Discounted products can not be returned.

Shipping Policy

At HK Fabrics we ensure timely delivery of product to the customer & we use services of reputed courier partners like Xpressbees, Delhlivery, Fedex, Bluedart etc..

Your orders will be dispatched within 3 working days, the products will reach you in 7-14 working days within India.

Delivery of product will be attempted on business days only (Saturday, Sunday & national holidays excluded)

In case your order gets delayed due to any Natural calamity like – Floods, Hurricanes, Earthquakes, Tsunami, Bad weather Or other unavoidable circumstances like— Flight delays, Political Disruptions, Curfew, Riots etc., we will inform you through Email & SMS. So kindly give correct Email- ID & Contact no. while placing an order.
